01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
02 - Gently fold in the diced strawberries, distributing evenly throughout the oat mixture.
03 - Cover the container and refrigerate for a minimum of 6-8 hours, preferably overnight, to allow oats to absorb liquid and soften.
04 - In the morning, stir the oats. If the mixture is too thick, add a small splash of milk to reach desired texture.
05 - Divide into serving bowls or jars. Top with additional sliced strawberries, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut if desired. Serve chilled.
