# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The creamy sauce hugs every bite of chicken and vegetables like a warm blanket
  • It comes together faster than you think, making weeknight dinners feel special
  • The leftovers reheat beautifully for tomorrow's lunch
02 -
  • Dont skip the step of browning the chicken first, it builds depth of flavor you cant get from baking alone
  • The sauce will seem thin when you first combine it, but it thickens beautifully in the oven
  • Letting the casserole rest for 5 minutes after baking helps it set slightly for cleaner serving
03 -
  • Use freshly grated parmesan instead of pre-grated for better melting and flavor
  • Room temperature cream cheese incorporates more smoothly into the sauce
  • Grate your own mozzarella if possible, it melts more evenly than pre-shredded
