03 - Divide chopped lettuce evenly among four serving bowls. Arrange cherry tomatoes, red onion slices, shredded cheddar cheese, and dill pickle slices on top of the lettuce.
04 - Distribute the seasoned ground beef evenly over each salad bowl while still warm.
05 - Generously spoon the prepared burger sauce over each bowl.
06 - Top with sliced avocado, crumbled bacon, and sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately while beef is warm.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • You get all the satisfaction of a juicy burger without the bun guilt or carb crash
  • The creamy homemade sauce ties everything together in ways store bought never could
02 -
  • Draining excess fat from the beef keeps the bowl lighter but do not drain it all, that fat carries flavor
  • The sauce needs at least 10 minutes in the fridge to let flavors meld, make it first
03 -
  • Sprinkle a little extra salt on the tomatoes before assembling, it makes their flavor pop
  • Let the beef rest for a couple of minutes off the heat before serving, it stays juicier
